Materials
Our EPS Blanks are made with high quality #2lb and #3lb EPS foam. These blanks are ultra-light and extra strong with spruce, basswood, PVC stringers, or Stringerless upon request. PVC stringers allow for more performance with added flex characteristics, and Wood Stringers provide a stiffer board with less flex. Stringerless boards provide an extra light board with the most flex. A board constructed with EPS foam and Epoxy Resin can be ridden 1"-2" shorter and with less volume than your traditional poly board.
We use epoxy resin from Resin Research (S2000 & S2020). Epoxy resin provides a stronger alternative overall. When used in combination with EPS foam, most epoxy boards weigh less than 4 lbs and can be customized with a PVC stringer or Stringerless for added flex and performance. When used in combination with polyurethane foam, epoxy resin provides more snap resistance than traditional polyester resin, with the similar weight/feel of a traditional poly/poly board.

we are now offering a new HIGH PERFORMANCE and ULTRA DURABLE foam core product from LAP EXTREME as a premium foam option for custom shapes. This foam has 6 years of research behind the product "will not pressure dent, has more flex and will take more impact than any foam ever used in the surf industry" According to the manufacturer, their first tester boards from 6 YRS AGO are still in great shape w/no pressure dings, delamination, or discoloration.
Our team riders have tested this product over the past two months, and none of the boards has a pressure ding yet, The boards weigh around the same as a traditional Poly board, and have unbelievable flex. If you are looking for a high performance board for medium to large size waves this would be a great choice.
